  Need the straps of a sundress lengthened and so just resigned myself to a close match to the printed shoe string straps that were already there. Melisiti at the queensgate store asked me to wait an extra day to find something to match but I was astonished by what she did. She found a fine braided trim and used three strands as the extension piece. It looks outstanding and I’m blown away by the thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The dress has been made better rather than just a fix you have to live with. Thanks so much.

  Been here few times now. Navi does a great job. Picked up couple of pants yesterday. Perfectly done.

  Always professional at your Queensgate store. Melesete is a lovely lady, very welcoming and great at customer service. There was also a young girl there last week who was a great help. I had a coat repaired. My favourite coat too! The repair job was done superbly and within the time I was told it would be done. The shop and staff are a credit to your company

  Great service from staff and alterations that always make me look better in my clothes. Staff are interested in what they do and in helping me figure out how to make the best of my outfits!

  Melesete was very cordial and understanding to what i wanted to happen with my pants. She even suggested a good way to hide my home made pant shortening disaster, making my pants look like nothing bad happened to it..in short..I was very satisfied with what they have done!
