  Very poor tailoring and you wont get your money back. Dont go here. Got a uniform ahirt altered and the size was way to small in all areas. Shoulders, arms, back were way too tight with belly area being slightly too loose. They got me to met a brand image manager who agreed at first then had another opinion once another one of her branch did some alterations on it to fix it. The fact was that it couldnt be fized as it cant be extended once shortened. I cancelled my jacket which was planned for alterations and they were nice to me when answer but extremely rude once I mentioned a cancel and just hung up (like sudden mood swing). It's a franchise and it seems the alteration quality is very poorly managed. Ji Note: Go somewhere like megs tailoring in newmarket as their quality of work and customer service is superbly better.

  I looked up drycleaner in Albany, then found your site offering dry cleaning and alteration services. I signed up for a 10$ voucher , liked you on facebook, showed up at your stand in the mall...to be told that you don't have any drycleaning service. Is there a way to unlike you? At least your friendly staff directed me to another dry cleaning service not too far away.
