::Been a patient here for 20+ years but not anymore after today's appalling customer service. My April 14th apptmt with hygienist Rochelle (who always does a fantastic job) got cancelled due to COVID19. I'd already been waiting 3 mnths to see her. Not a problem. Then I get a call from their receptionist. "Would you like to re-book? The first available apptmt is Sep". What?! Logic would suggest that all COVID cancelled apptmts should be contacted & given priority in re-booking. I don't for one minute believe that it would take five months for KDC to work their way through those patients whose apptmts scheduled from 26 Mar to mid April, were like mine, cancelled. "Would you like to go on the cancellation list?" ??!!! I have no issue with the practitioners at this clinic, they're all very good, but I take exception to being treated with casual nonchalance and a blatant 'couldn't care less' attitude.
