  The 'caring for you and your smile' comment on the website made me choose this dental practice and it certainly didn't disappoint. Vanessa, the hygienist was very approachable and friendly, and explained things well. Following this, I also had an appointment with Kirsty and found her the same.

  I had a cracked tooth over the Xmas period and was able to get into Lumino on Ranolf first day back at work. The receptionist, the chair side and the dentist were so nice. Made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in. The dentist was gentle and went beyond what a lot of other dentists would have done . Highly recommend this awesome team.

  I have been to many dentists in my life. I can honestly say there are only two dentists I would recommend to a friend of which one is at this dentistry. Johannes was super gentle and I will recommend him to everyone who goes to a a dentist in rotorua. The cost was nothing to cry about either and he will be my preferred dentist for the rest of my life. Considering I am 24 and what he had done for me. Looking in the mirror is not something I'm ashamed about. People seeing my teeth is something I won't be in fear of anymore.

  Not a huge fan of the dentist, however upon entering this dental center I was welcomed by a lovely lady at the front desk, and the dentist (Carl Heens) is EXCELLENT!
