  Pros - they could see me start away. - reception staff/chair assistant kind and friendly. -minimal pain. Cons - cost for tooth extraction $250. - dentist tried to suggest that I needed work on the tooth at additional cost of cause. - dentist persistent and boarded on rude and arrogant. - requested to sign a treatment plan at this point. -Wanted a photograph of myself, not teeth for their records?????. - pay on the day, made that very clear when appointment made. - chair assistant clearly not respected by dentist and I felt sorry for her. - once tooth removed he walked out with out a word and did not see him again. I would ever go there again.... I appreciate that when one's sore you would probably pay anything to have a tooth removed or treated but this is where they have you at your most vulnerable. Shockingly pricey but not far from other dentists in nz I guess... Bali here I come.....

  Had not seen a dentist in many years. Dr Sophia Guan was amazing I really can't believe it. Why did I not go before ????? I have never felt no pain and been so relaxed before in front of a dentist. Really reasonable pricing NOTHING LIKE WELLINGTON'S PRICES. Thank you so much for the amazing service, please can I have Dr Guan next time???

  2 minutes to extract wisdom tooth, felt nothing but awe. Got appointment within 2 hours on same day as calling, and got it done for half the cost ($300) compared other dental clinics ($600). The dentist is real guru with qualifications and trophies from US. Two hour wait (not 2 weeks) and 2 minute procedure (not 20 minute) and of course 1/2 the price.

  I went for my first visit ever to Mdental last week based on their five star reviews here on google I felt confident in my choice, even though they were the most expensive out of three dentists I contacted in Palmerston North ($155 for general scaling/polishing appointment). The staff where very friendly and kind and immediately put me at ease. The dentist was very gentle (normally I find scaling to be quite painful). I felt however that my appointment (20mins) was very short considering the cost and I was disappointed to see when I got home the dentist had missed some staining between my bottom front teeth. I am not sure what the norm in NZ is anymore (I have been living overseas for the last few years) but expected the appointment to be around an hour.

  I love M Dental, it is the friendliest and most caring Dental surgery I have EVER attended. Im so grateful to Dr. Uday for all his amazing work and after quite a few horror stories at my previous dentist I can finally say I have found the one and ONLY dental practice I will ever go too! M DENTAL ROCKS you would be a fool not to go there. There is absolutely no pain, and the service is excellent! Thank you all so much!!!
