  Well placed store on Queen Street but not very large. This chain store along with Kathmandu have a reputation for being over priced and then offering staggering discounts to lull customers into bargain hunting. Bargains exist but you need to be patient and wait for the sales.

  Good location on Queen Street, well laid out merchandise and good access through wide aisles. Not the largest range of products as carries mostly Macpac products. Quality is pretty good but really want to shop when goods are on sale, as pretty pricey. Staff friendly and helpful, we're able to suggest products in the store, so reasonably knowledgeable.

  Great staff and cheaper prices for the same goods as Katmandu and North Face.

  Friendly staff members, good quality products, and close to the end of the season they'll have big sale.
