  I cannot say enough about the quality of service and care received from Macs Motors - they have helped me purchase my last 2 cars. Ian and Nick came recommended by family who have bought cars from them for the last 15 years!!! Ian did everything he could to ensure that the sale was easy and that I was looked after 100%. We are extremely happy with the latest car and feel like I will be well looked after in the future if there are ever any problems. Well done team! Not often we get such amazing customer care!!! Full marks from me and will be actively recommending people to you!!! Thanks again!

  This has taken me a while to write because I was that angry. I do not recommend this car yard at all! I brought a 2005 ford mondeo for $4800 from these people. I felt bullyed and pressured into getting this car! all I wanted was a test drive (I have my full and have for more than 2 years) but they wouldn't let it off the yard until I had rung up and got insurance on it!!!! SO because I was genuinely interested in it I did so! (SILLY me) so now I'm test driving this car that I had just insured so felt like I had to take it after all the messing around! Worse part is 2 weeks later it over heats.. I don't drive it at all top up the water and take it back and they send it to THEIR mechanic and I receive a crappy loan car the didn't drive well at all! While at home I get a call from the owner telling me they are genuine people ect (I don't care I just wanted it fixed) anyway get a call to go back and pick up my car. SO I drive to macs mint motors and the owners son then drives me to the mechanics where he tells me nothing is wrong with it and it's a great car and mechanically sound.. my partner calls them and says it needs fixed it shouldn't be overheating and they then said he was harassing them and they will not fix the car! (SORRY is one phone call harassment?) AND then 2 months later my head gasket blows!!!!!!!!! AT the end of the day I fixed the problem out of my own pocket as i have a child and a job that requires driving all over chch. I feel they are intimidating and liars! DO NOT RECOMMEND! P.s. yes I know I should have had a pre check but I was to confused and rushed at the time as I was dealing with the insurance company
