  I went shopping here to buy meat for my dog. The young people serving had difficulty understanding my request for tripe, offal and lungs. A butcher shop should have all that but this one didn't. Apparently, my request was unusual. The only pet food they had on offer was minced chicken carcasses. I asked them to make me a special order of minced offal-- hearts, liver and kidneys but this was too much trouble for this MAD BUTCHER. I bought a selection and took it home where I chopped it up by hand before freezing it in smaller bags.

  Nice enough meat but the selection isn't much different from the local supermarket. Prices are good.
