  As far as the alignment went, I felt they did a decent job. What I didn't like was that I was kept waiting well over the time I had booked. Plus I found they had stuck an advertising sticker of their business on my car window-that really p....d me off.

  I purchased a great money saving wheel alignment & rotation via grabone deals. The staff were friendly & professional with great free advice. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

  My car was due for a wheel alignment. At $300 per tyre for new tyres, I like to keep routine alignments up to date every 15,000 km. I took advantage of a Grab One deal for a half price wheel alignment at Mag & Turbo Whangarei. I'd never been to them before. They spent only 15 minutes on the car. I couldnt believe it when the guy came out and said it's finished. He told me the alignment was out and had been put right. After a month I noticed inner wear on both front tyres. I took the car back to where I purchased the new tyres. They told me the alignment was out. Mag & turbo had made it worse than before the car went into them. I returned to where I had always got my previous alignments done. Brett at Vuletich Wheel Alignment Specialists showed me on the display screen how much the alignment was out and that's why the tyres were showing excessive inner wear. He said the adjustments were way out of manufacturers specifications. He put the adjustments back to where it should be. We rotated the tyres and since then the has been no inner wear at all. I will no longer be taking up cheap deals at Mag & Turbo.
