  I booked a 4 star hotel but should have less than 3. Is clean, but the structure is quite old. Is ok to sleep one/two nights if you don't expect too much. The staff was nice and helpful

  The BEST cleaning crew, replaced everything, clean unit throughout. Spa was great, price was good as the discount on Trivago. On a side note when booking, credit card payment gets taken out before you arrive. Would suggest to management payment on arrival option . Highly recommend Malones Motel . #Otara residents

  Worst place ever! I made the mistake of paying for 2 nights without viewing the room. We took around 50minutes to realise as a family that we couldn't stay there... Why? Cockroaches, stinky bed linen, broken heater, broken window locks..just to mention the worst. I asked for a refund and was given 2 options: the room next door or leave and receive a refund only for the next day I.e.50% refund. Of course we left. The guy was sooo rude, refused the refund without even caring about the reason why. Maybe he lives in squalor by choice.. NEVER STAY HERE.

  Lieu sympa pour un vieux motel. Accueil chaleureux et très propre! Service de chambre impeccable ! Parking gratuit et proche de toute commodités ! Un peu d'usure mais rien d'alarmant. L'étoile manquante après un petit lifting ;)
