  Excellent people - really helpful, and very patient - I only go there around Xmas time, and they have to deal with a lot of very tired people who don't want to wait - but they're the only pharmacist in the area, so sometimes there'll be a wait - of course! My experience has only been good. I imagine the only way someone could think they're rude, is if they were being rude themselves, and they're upset none of the staff bowed to their self-centered nonsense.
