  Went there to see a used car. Sales guys are extremely helpful and polite. Colin is very friendly and there was no pressure at all on buying the cars. Would definitely recommend this place.

  Booked for an 8am appointment for the air bag recall issue. Waited until 1pm till they actually did the work that should've taken under an hour. The reason it took so long? They wanted to do the paying customers cars first. Good stuff Manukau Toyota. Never coming back to this place again.

  I don't like the changing faces, one was before the deal done while another was after sale. Also they gave me very low trade-in price and overstated the issue of trade in car but I finally managed it from private sale ( got over 30% more，which was $3,300 more than the Toyota offered). I believe they are motivated by profit margin of selling rather than building up relationship with customers.

  Manukau Toyota have been servicing my car since I bought it. They send me a reminder when it needs to be done, which I find good!! It gives me piece of mind knowing they do a excellent job in the care of my car. They give me tips on when something might need replacing, they have a pleasent reception area where you can wait, while this is being done. I get my car fully serviced once a year and it's worth it, it great knowing all my needs are taken care of, I'd recommend them to public!!
