  Hi Marcs in Wellington. I absolutely love your shop and have bought lots of beautiful items each time I visit Wellington... and I have always found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. Small problem and I am not too sure how to proceed. In late July I bought a coat from your store (Black, with buttons down front) but within a month or so it started to pill. Now, another month or so on, it is starting to look very tacky and I am reluctant to continue wearing it. A real shame and I am gutted since I paid about $400 for this coat.
