::The people at Martial Arts Wellington are a great bunch of people. They run great classes. There are two beginners classes each week to help you get started with the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. When you feel like stepping up to the challenge there are many more sparring and drilling sessions you can attend. GSW is my second home, see you there!

::I have been going to GSW for a while now and it is a great place to go for adults who want to learn a martial art and keep fit. Geoff gives two free lessons so there is nothing to risk by going along and having a look. Throughly recommend giving it a go.
