  Well worth the walk to get to the memorial... even if it's only for the fantastic views. And if you walk a bit further up the hill you will come across an abandoned gun emplacement.

  Well with a visit. A great spot with fantastic views. The walk up to the monument is also good. A large monument and a fairly quiet spot. You can take a small undefined path up along the ridge which looks like it doesn't go anywhere but does come out onto the main tracks and idea some more great views.
