  Called in to see them to obtain a quote for a bathroom vanity. I was told to send a request via email. I did the the same day but never received a reply. I presume they are very busy and don't need the work but a simple reply to that effect would have been nice. I've been very happy with the work they have done for me in the past and it's a shame that they would choose to abandon an otherwise happy customer.
