  We use Matthews rentals regularly and we have always had very good service, they go above and beyond for us and I recommend them highly.

  had a terrible experience with the owner. The van we got has malfunction air condition. we told him that why would we get the one with the air condition doesnt work? he replied, "you didnt specify you wanted air conditioning with your vehicle" what in the world you rent a car/vehicle withour air condition? this dude are trying to make some jokes or something haha. this is my first and last time with this company and cant even get this kind of service with any other car rental company. dont recommend this company and would even give zero star. lucky google are too kind to give out this one star for you.

  If there's an option for negative stars I'd opt for that. Terrible customer support, the transport were all old and faulty. When one of our vans broke down THE OWNER himself tried to pin the fault on us when it was clearly internal. Endangered the lives of our driver and passengers. Please avoid using their service.

  Awsum place to hire a car van or mini bus. Excellent people going above and beyond to help out a customer.

  The most friendly staff & management. A truely helpful bunch
