  Had to take 2 burgers back to the counter before the 3rd one axtually came out edible. Terrible service and took ages

  Day staff are always great, night staff are another story. Someone on the night shift verbally abused my sister in law, which i thought was a bit pathetic. We will be placing a complaint with the manager of this store. BUT, the day staff. They always, always salt the chips perfectly. I know that's such a little thing when it comes to maccas, but they honestly know how to make the perfect maccas chips! They're also really nice usually, and have a good attitude. I've also never had an order that's come out wrong, through drive through. I always check to make sure, but they're always spot on. Cheers Puke Maccas!

  I used to rate this as the best Maccad in NZ. Sadly with new owners it has deteriorated significantly. Minimum staff and where once cafe staff were friendly and welcoming, they are now never there and appear to be under pressure to do the work of 3 she they are there. No interest shown and the warm friendly atmosphere has gone. Will have to find another option.☹

  As far as McDonald's goes, quite typical. Drive through service is fairly efficient and every time I've been there I've never had to wait too long. As far as eating in goes it's kept fairly clean, you generally won't find leftover rubbish on the tables. Nothing amazing of course, personally I prefer to spend a little more money and dine at say Burger Fuel for a nicer, more quality experience. Excellent for a quick bite on the way home from work.
