::Mainly coming for kids to blow off steam in the playground. Cafe staff are friendly, playground is nice and big, outdoor but covered. Service is as consistent as any other McDonalds.

::McDonald's Lower Hutt has gone down hill over the last couple of month. Staff and friends sit at the manager counter, eat food from other places like sushi. I saw a customer friend put her hands in the marshmallow jar. Seats are torn. Staff too busy chatting to show customer care. Drive in is better. You were very good in McCafe not now.
