  When we decided to sell our home we met with several real estate agents and felt from the get-go that Mel was the perfect person for the job.   Mel is everything that you want in a real estate agent. When we had to move back to the UK we needed someone that would get on with the job without us being present. We needed a trustworthy and autonomous agent who would get us the best deal but would get the house sold. We also wanted someone that would keep us in the loop with good and regular communications. Mel has been this and more. She worked really hard with integrity and tenacity to sell our house and then went well over and above expectations by stepping up to help us arrange an electrician, a plumber and roofers to meet purchaser conditions. Being remote was tricky and Mel used personal contacts and drive to get things done and to push the sale through. We were kept abreast of every step of the process with excellent weekly reports and fast and detailed emails and text messages (even at odd hours of the night for Mel). All of this was a massive reassurance for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mel to any potential vendor or in providing a reference. She really was fantastic.   Mel was friendly, down to earth yet incredibly professional to deal with. She kept us well informed and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.
