::I bought a faulty bag at a different location but they were totally fine with me exchanging it at this location. I was served by Adam and he was absolutely brilliant. Best customer service I've experienced anywhere!!

::Absolutely shocking. DO NOT waste your money here. Appalling customer service. I spent over $300 on a pair of new boots from here. The lady upsold me the toe grips, which I was hesitant to buy as they looked like they would just come off! Which they did not even a month after wearing. And the shop assistant said when I went back that it was just wear and tear. Would expect something that you pay over $300 for to last longer than 1 month! Wont be shopping here again.

::Just went in to Overland on Lambton Quay to have a look at their casual shoes. 4 staff, chatting amongst themselves, not interested in customers. In fact when we walked out we got a smile and a wave. Rude! I certainly would not endorse them in any way shape or form. Definitely buy elsewhere!!!
