  Total lack of professionalism 1. Loud pop music in waiting area- not nice 2. Could not spell my name correctly 3. Never asked me if i felt comfortable with a male radiologists in a room alone 4. No privacy as conversation in my room and next room could be heard. 5. Radiologists never washed her hands before touching me. 6. They could not provide me a CD with my Xrays on it right afteewards- i would need to wait a bit. 7. They also could not provide me a report. I would have to pick these up at a later date or wait to see my doctor or have them mailed without tracking. I have been to 2 other radiologists in NZ over the years and I have never had any of these issues, even in small town NZ. All I can say is improve. The regulations here are a joke and slacking totally. I would not come back to this radiologists in the future.

  Reception people were so loving and easy to talk Also you get a free CD of your ultra sound-very happy

  I am a Podiatric Surgeon. I have been practicing surgery in New Zealand for 22 years, surgery for 18 years. I can confirm that in my opinion the MRI radiologist reports received from Mercy Radiology have been consistently highly detailed, relevant and helpful. Thank you.

  Very expensive for the same service compared to other radiologies. Won't recommend unless there is no choice.
