  My partner and I plus her parents came with us to stay at the Metropolitan. We had 2 rooms, each was so clean, tidy and nicely decorated! The lady who helps run the motel is lovely and extremely helpful. The people upstairs overfilled their spa and as a result we being directly below did get evacuated as a safety procaution. This amazing lady came out at 12:41am and calmed everyone down and got us a new room to stay in. Very well treated here and I would recommend to all coming to Christchurch or passing through to stay here. Best motel I've ever stayed at. We will be back :)

  Wonderful service! Our room was immaculate as always , house keeping is wonderful and they even offered to wash our clothing , definitely back next time
