  Went to purchased earings on boxing day instore, the experienced was a bit awkward as the staff attending us is quite intemidating. I felt that maybe I am Asian or so, but I didnt take it seriously as i got the good deal with the item we got. Just thought that as a customer representative, it is very important to make any customer feel welcome and comfortable whenever they enter inside the store. Whoever and whatever nationality they came from.
