  I used to love this store. I went in on Sunday 11th March 2018. I brought my engagement ring from here approximately 3 months ago. I went in to see about having it re sized and to have my finger re measured. The lady that served me was incredibly rude. I said I wanted to have my finger re sized and to enquire about having the ring re size. She walked off without saying anything, and I was shoved the finger sizer. I put it on my finger and asked her if it looked right to her. She shrugged and carried on a conversation with the worker next to her. I tried to ask how long it would take to be resized and she said nothing. At this point, I took the sizer off, and not so gently put it down on the counter then walked out. I’m disgusted in this workers attitude and customer service. I won’t be returing here and would rather travel Botany as they have exceptional customer service.
