  Once again the Miles Continental team have surpassed my expectations. They happily repaired a warranty issue, without debate, very efficiently, with the car back at exactly the promised time. They offered me a loan vehicle and even offered to renew my rego which I hadn’t noticed was 2 days overdue! Their Service Dept is a pleasure to do business with, unlike my previous experiences with some other vehicle agencies. I am a happy Skoda owner.

  Just bought a little VW Polo, Alex the salesman was very professional and open to deal with making it a relaxing experience he is a real asset to the dealership.

  I’m not one for leaving reviews, good or bad but these guys are exceptional. I bought a relatively unique second hand car off Tim Ten Hove unseen from a foreign country prior to moving to NZ; not the easiest for buyer or seller but they made the process as simple as it could be yet provided all the detail where I needed it. After receipt a month or so later I was delighted with the car yet there were a few minor requests (not expectations) on my side, all dealt with quickly, easily and thoughtfully by Tim - they could easily have said no to an Auckland based purchaser who’s maybe not a front runner for repeat purchase or servicing, but they did the opposite and did their best to help. I couldn’t recommend Tim and the dealership more, a great example of what a branded dealership should be.
