  Brought a signature range car from them had an issue. But they have repaired it within a day. They were actually really nice about it.

  Purchased a new Hilux, the dealer was given a week as agreed to fit accessories. Arrived to pick up and the fit out had not been done. Decided to take the vehicle anyway and return at a later date to finish the fit out. I made the mistake of paying for the vehicle before the work was carried out, as this then resulted in another 3 out of town trips to the dealer as each time they "forgot" to do something, and obviously had no intention of providing a quality service because the payment had already been made. Our company upgrades around 10 vehicles annually and because of this experience we have no intention of dealing with Miles Toyota again. Very poor!

  Amazing service. So helpful and friendly. Love how smoothly my car is running after a service at Toyota. Will definately be back!

  Staff friendly and helpful. Site well laid out. Can't say anything about quality of vehicle service etc though ...
