  Not my usual vet but I was staying at the beach and one of my cats had a weepy eye. Phoned them and went to see them. So friendly! Everyone was greeted as an old friend. Even the animals seemed pleased to be there.

  Out of 10 I give Mill Road Vets 18.5!!! The team at Mill Road really care about your animals. I recently had surgery on my dog and they were fantastic keeping me informed every step of the way. The procedure did end up costing slightly more than the quoted amount but they let me know this would be case when they ran into complications and gave me several options as to what I wanted to do. They even let me visit the dog at 9.30pm at night as I was concerned following surgery which was done outside hours. Thanks Mill Road I will be telling everyone how amazing you all are!

  I had a bad experience here many years ago, where the procedure for xrays for hip dysplasia ended up costing me more than it should have. Unfortunately they did not explain what they were going to do in a way that I could understand - either that or they made a mistake and did more than they said they would do - would never go here again. Also feels very clinical, not friendly at all.... unless you are a millionaire, then they treat you real nice.

  Mill Road Vets have provided care for all of our families dogs. The level of skill is exceptional. The staff are friendly and sincere in their love for animals. I highly recomend them
