::Got them to engrave a watch for a wedding gift. Didn’t engrave it deep enough so can’t see half the writing, didn’t engrave it as we asked with the correct spacing. The engraving isn’t centred so looks stupid and it took over 5 hours to engrave when they initially said 1 hour. At least the $500 Armani watch is 1 of a kind now!!!
