  I love the place...most of the workers are friendly. The garden area have plenty of plants to choose from. Highly recommended.

  Love the place,Customer service is top notch,I strolled the same aisle looking for a product asked a person and he found the guy who knew the aisle like the back of his hand and straight to the product I was after,of note reading other reviews,I see people have said warehouse is cheaper on some stuff,but also on the same terms i have found better deals at mitre 10 via website comparison before going to pick up.I do love great customer service and the staff are well trained in product location and also knowledgeable on products and also receive great checkout service,good eye contact,smiles,chit-chat makes it worth coming back too also the product range is great,along with their website imho.

  Not always the cheapest and the range can be limited. They have direct deals with places like bosch who then say they are have to take all prime shelf space and leave littler room for any competition. This causes the consumer to have less choices when there is limited options. Bosch drill bits for instance are 3-4 times the price of others yet are the only ones with a wide range of bits meaning if you are after a special type you can only choose bosch. Really dislike this business practices. It is the same as coke taking the monopoly in shops with their fridges and dictating what the shop is allowed to sell reducing consumer choice and free market competition.

  Average. Huge stock and variety. But you get easily lost, wandering around for what you're looking for. Service is average, some are helpful and some don't have a clue.

  Who doesn't love wandering around mitre10? Be sure to check prices as I have found the same stuff cheaper at the Warehouse - such as a number of Car care products. If you establish this with Mitre 10 then they'll give you a further 15% discount I believe.
