  Product knowledge tops. Trades people on hand in most departments to help with the dys that get stuck. Perhaps not the cheapest overall prices. The help on knowledge is worth the extra expense.There specials can be beat. The coffee and food is Devin with a relaxed atmosphere. The garden centre is responsible in price. I was a bunings buyer. I have found with staff reductions and current staff in operation. I walk out more the half the time anoyed they don't have it or don't. know of what I am requesting. So I go now straight to mega mitter10 tops in service

  We have just walked out of Mitre 10 New Plymouth with out making a purchase. We could not get served in the power tools dept. There was only one person serving despite it being the day before Father's Day. We waited patiently for our turn but the sales person kept going to other people and serving them. He was aware of us waiting but turned to someone who had just entered the dept and offered service. Once finished he again turned to the people standing closest to to service desk rather than next in line. My husband was angry and walked up to the service desk and told the man there we were leaving and why but he was not at all interested. We are very regular customers who spend at least a $1000 a month in your store. We expect more and are not at all satisfied. Currently sitting outside Bunnings to give them our buisness

  I find this to be in a great location, the staff have always been friendly. I've never struggled to get a park and there are several ways in and out of the car park.
