::I visit here often and always spend time taking in the view. A bit of history: these buildings were used primarily as a radar station in conjunction with Wright's Hill Fortress in Karori during WW2. As a part of the defence system, it was placed such that it could take in cook straight giving range to Wright's Hill whereby shots could be fired from it's high powered guns.

::Amazing view of the planes flying in and taking off as it overlooks the harbour. Can see multiple beaches and into the valley as well as out to sea. Gorgeous.
