::I have been receiving treatment from Ben since February with various injuries which are all linked to my active lifestyle. Ben has treated, informed and guided me to retrain my muscles through various techniques such as acupuncture, deep tissue massage, manipulation, exercise and electrotherapy. Throughout my treatment my posture has changed dramatically enabling me to not only live my daily life without pain but to compete at sport again. Ben is kind and looks at a person with a holistic view to identify contributing factors that can lead to excess stress and muscle tension. ::I definitely recommend Ben Konings at Mobe Physio as he provides excellent physiotherapy service. Ben is very knowledgeable and approachable. Along with regular therapy, he has given me great exercises to do to help my shin injury. My injury has now healed! Now just a matter of maintenance.
