    It was horrible experience for us that we had that day as badly. That guy with blonde hair treat us like not paying customers even we paid $200 for our meal. Instend of enjoy our meal we had to realize whta s the wrong with guy might be a manager. As we assume he is not ready to serve. We forgot how is that meal as we select this restaurant as owner may be part of Ravis Restaurant. Anyway we have spent all most of that time to argue which the manager likes. Finaly we regrate for our selection of this restaurant. Anyone wants to try this experience this coz we can't see this in anywhere in NZ. I suggest that it's a not good option.

    I walked in with my friends last night for dinner. There was a buffet going on. One of my friends did not want the buffet, so ordered something else. The staff (an Indian Punjabi guy with blonde & black hair, who was throwing attitude for no reason from the time we walked in) at the time of ordering told her that she wasn't allowed to order as the rest of us were going for the buffet, as she didn't want it, he said he'll make an exception. While he got her order and placing it on the table, he drops the curry on her bag and jeans and has no courtesy of saying sorry. We still did not say anything or comment on it. Later, while serving the dessert (which was part of the buffet), he mumbles saying the she wasn't getting charged for what she ordered and will be with the buffet it self. At the time of payment, he charges her the buffet price which is more than she ordered for. When questioned, he starts pointing fingers saying that he informed when he didn't do it at all. He had no respect for the customer he was talking to and till the end didn't bother to apologize for his disgusting and poor service. There was no politeness in his service at all. If this is the service that is received, I'd never enter.

    horrible attitude by a staff member. Yes I agree we all have bad days but firstly he had some air about himself right from the time we entered (whatever happened to smile, you work in the hospitality industry). He was not clear that all seat ed on the table had to go for a buffet. He apparently made an 'exception' and let my friend order another dish which was cheaper than the buffet cost but she ended up paying the cost of the buffet (he did not check with her if she was okay to pay the entire cost of the buffet) Secondly while serving he dropped some gravy on her and did not even apologise and to make matters worse when the payment issue was brought up, he pointed fingers at my friend and accused her of dropping the 'F bomb' on him. Sorry, but never in my 5 1/2 years of living in New Zealand have I ever found someone so rude. Sorry but this is the last time we will be eating here.

    The food was ok the portions were good too, but what's up with the service? It was so disjointed. We got a waitress that didn't know what meals we were requesting off the menu, the person serving the food was hesitant in approaching us with or food because he didn't know which table was ours (we were one of two seated tables) and the mains came really late which had us starting for a while to a point where that prompted the waitress to ask us what we're waiting for! What a bizarre place, the person serving us food would frequently run around the restaurant trying to get food out of the kitchen and would put his hands on one of our seated chairs when running by. He would also laugh while looking into the kitchen while serving us our food.

    The new Indian Restaurant in front of the sky tower. The food was very authentic and the service was top notch. very impressed..
