  Excellent location with view of the ocean from the front bedroom balcony. Huge, delicious breakfasts. Could use some sprucing up with new carpeting. Gerard is a gracious host who seems to enjoy conversing with guests at the breakfast table. It is definitely not a sterile, predictable place to stay, but a true B&B so be sure you are open to chatting with an assortment of guests prior to booking.

  Very out of date. Steep narrow stairs to rooms. Nosy owner. Nearly non-existent Wi-Fi. Terrible bathroom. Lumpy bed. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is that the breakfast was good.

  The only down side was that we stayed in the only room that does not have a bathroom in the room. Breakfast was great every morning. Morning conversations were fun with people from around the world.

  Large, comfortable beds. Clean, well adorned rooms. Modern bathrooms and plumbing. Fantastic service and breakfast cooked by Gerard himself. Handy to town. Highly recommended.

  Absolutely delightful! The best views and cozy spacious rooms. Breakfast was second to none, just wish I could take the wonderful host home to cook on a permanent basis! :) I highly recommend this place to get rest and relaxation, you will not regret your stay here.
