  Woman I dealt with was rude. Very condescending! I would not recommend this place for anyone needing musical advice.

  Terrible terrible service.. Shop assistant with attitude and belittles people.. Never ever shop here!

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quality products. Made to feel welcome and able to browse through shop. Great Technical advice and recommendations.
