  Simply one of the best experiences that I've ever had from a customer service perspective. Always friendly, always helpful and always going beyond expectations. I honestly can't rave enough about these guys and girls. I stored with them for 12 years, never had an issue. The unit stayed in great shape and all my personal belongings were in tip top shape. Clearing out my unit and closing the account was also an entirely painless experience and they refunded the difference of that months rent. Just brilliant and a credit to what customer service looks like.

  Staff at Storage King Newtown have been unfailingly helpful, and indeed some ( thanks, Steve and Trish) went beyond the call of duty in helping me during some awkward times during my " shift in". I have been recommending SK Newtown to friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so. Well done all of you; and thanks, again.

  By far the easiest storage experience I've had in my life. Quick and simple to set up, easy to access, and quick and easy to close my account after I moved into a bigger place - including an automatic refund of the rest of the month. Thank you, Steve & Mike!

  Very friendly professional team to deal with. Helpful and accommodating, especially around times when we were running a little late.The storage space was clean, dry and secure. The van the was available for use to help with moving was brilliant. An all round good experience, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
