::A hotel with a questionable and a non existent customer service Checked into this hotel.Apart from access card not working intermittently, everything was fine. The issue started , when the hot water taps in the bathroom started emitting foul smell. Raised concern with the morning receptionist who advised this was a widespread problem and have escalated this issue with the manager. We went for a tour hoping that this problem would be fixed by evening . When we came back from our tour , we asked for an update. The evening receptionist retorted what complaint? No one has complained except us , She initially refused to look into this problem saying she could not fix until next week or could not give us another room as the hotel was fully booked. After brief confrontation, she finally offered us a room .Water in that room also emanated foul smell There are no managers available or contactable during weekend to escalate,There is housekeeping only during day time , Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 10pm . If there is an emergency , you are on your own. Left without even able to get a decent shower Still wondering , if the morning receptionist gave us false information or evening receptionist feigned ignorance A very disappointing end to otherwise fantastic trip to New zealand.

::Absolutely disgusted 1 star is too much! Paid $240 to stay for one night. when we arrived to check in the receptionist couldn't find our booking even after we provided her with the confirmation email. The manager was called down to help but was rude from the moment she stepped out of the lift and stated it wasn't her problem and they didn't have a room for us to stay. The disgusting behaviour of the manager Pricilla Lakoro quickly escalated to assaulting one of the girls, punching her in the face after slamming the glass barrier on her arm because we wanted our room. We were left without a place to stay -$240 and a girl with a black eye and bruises all down her arm. Police were called to solve the matter. Someone like that should not be working in customer service. Absolutely repulsive.

::Great location, very convenient and cental. However service is very average, all laundry and cleaning has to be done, at $185 per night you would expect this to be done. It was also not made clear that the check out time is 10.00am. The photos look better than it actually is. We booked a double room and we we went to go to bed we found it was two singles pushed together... not impressed by that. Also very minimal supplies are offered next to no toiletries ect. Overall and average experience

::Nice rooms with all amenities. Reception staff very friendly. Room 1502 faced East with the morn Sun blazing into the bedroom. Even with all the curtains drawn the air conditioning struggled to maintain a nice temperature. The ducted Air Con had been sealed off & the Outside Air Con was disconnected.

::Needs a good clean and better air conditioning. Place really needs a good clean very dusty, dirty and mouldy. Good location, reception was friendly. No opening windows in either bedroom.
