  This has been my Medical Centre since 2005 and I have always found the staff and doctors to be friendly and professional.

  I had the most awful experience with the front desk ladies here. I've never left somewhere feeling like I wasn't worth their time quite like new brighton medical. I phoned and made an appointment earlier on in the week and they were nasty over the phone, then even worse on the day of my appointment! I'm now considering moving to a new doc so I won't have to deal with them again. Just an awful experiance. Jacqui needs some serious customer service training since I watched her deal with others in the same fashion she did with me. Debbie was not much better.
