  Worst car parking setup I've ever seen. Ridiculously small car parks, including the mobility ones which there are a lack of near the entrance - I couldn't get a mobility park (on a rare day I was able to get out of the house), so I had to park in a normal park and hope I wasn't hit getting my electric chair out of the back, but when I got my groceries I had to squeeze down the side of my car due to cars parked on both sides - I've ended up doing apparently $1,000 worth of damage to the door of my car when it electrically opened and caught on the side of my chair. With a $400 excess I have to now save up for that added expense and lose the use of my car, but also find a place that will pick up my car so I can keep my chair at home (I'm new to Masterton as of 3mths ago). So sorry, but with the crowded supermarket that practically never has the items I need as they've run out as always, there is really nothing good I can say about you guys. You've even got such narrow isles a standard motorized chair doesn't fit without putting it at risk of damage. Very disappointing supermarket (especially since its the most expensive of the 3!!!)

  Good food inside, but don't buy thier coffee. The baristas don't know what they are doing at all

  I love love shopping at our New World Masterton they have great food FRESH FOOD !!!!! THERE MEAT IS THE BEST IN TOWN !!!! In my opinion we only have 2 places for meat in Masterton an New World Masterton is one of them. The whole place is beautiful to shop in beautifully presented very clean very helpful staff. Wonderful shopping experience at New World Masterton

  All New World's are the same through the country but I have to say going into Masterton New World you were greeted with smiling, helpful staff that were happy to interact with you and help accommodate what you needed. From the Lotto to going around the store to the checkout such wonderful positive staff. Well worth the experience.
