::The staff are lovely but after being a loyal customer for 21 years my experience has been ruined after I was approached by security 2 days in a row first for having a backpack which I use as a nappy bag and then having shopping and reusable bags from Countdown, I would have had no problems if they asked to search my bags but they didn't and I was told not allowing backpacks or shopping from other shops is store policy even though there are no signs up! Update: I have now been told to leave my bags/shopping at the counter so I don't get approached by security 😮
