Absolutely appalling service. If I could I would be giving minus stars. Do not use if you need a parcel to get anywhere in the foreseeable future.... but please use if you want to speak with THE most unhelpful staff. There is absolutely no way you can run a business using these couriers regularly.

Poor service and from other reviews is an issue for New Zealand Couriers in Whangarei. The goods to be delivered were in Whangarei on Thursday morning at 6:30 not delivered Thursday rang Friday morning to be told the parcel was not on the Van and would be delieverd around 11;30. I have employed staff to install the cables that we had couriered. Was informed there was nothing they could do as the parcel was at the depot and there were no drivers available. If customer service was a part if the ethos of the Whangarei New Zealand Couriers one of the management or sales ataff would have hopped in a car and delivered it. I then drove myself and picked up the goods SLACK

I run and own a small business, parcels are never delivered on time, and often to wrong address.. very unreliable service, also NZC only pass through once a day only Mon-Fri and never know what time they may be coming through.. often left on board and always delayed service. Would not recommend using them!! No answers to emails and constantly being told we'd be called back but never are!

Shocking service - a parcel we sent to Whangarei from Kaitaia containing well wrapped glass bottles, and marked "fragile" "became" damaged in transit. Thats ok, these things happen, but we weren't made aware of it by NZ Couriers. When we found out the parcel had not arrived at its destination we discovered it had arrived in Whangarei and then 3 days later it's status was "suspected damage". Why was it not delivered in these 3 days? Where was it? Why weren't we informed. We had to ring to try and find out what happened to our parcel. The communications with NZ Couriers has been exceptionally bad - no answers to emails or phone coversations. We have NO confidence in this company and in future will use a different firm

A day late. Delivered to wrong address. And their system is set up so you can't even phone them to complain. Won't be using you guys again.
