  Friendly staff. However recorded that I had dropped off 3 pieces when I had dropped off 5. When I went to pick up items only 3 pieces were there (not 5). One top that had been dry cleaned had marks on it that weren't pointed out and a large pull mark that wasn't there when i dropped it off. The lady tried to tell me the pull mark was from the wearer's movements. Also specific instructions I had given for one of the skirts and been attached to one of the tops. They did redo the top and the marks did come out.
