  This is NZ national training center for firefighters, it's world class in training with amazing training facilities. They are very welcoming and go out of there way for you. If your luck, you will get a tour of the training center. This can take up to a hour, but totally enjoyable.

  The only purpose built facility of it's kind in the southern hemisphere. Fire crews from around the country and internationally come here to learn all the latest techniques. Food is great here too.

  Come join your local volunteer fire brigade. There's no experience like it and you will learn some key skills.

  Just finished volunteer recruit firefighters course. The course was for 8 days and could have easily been held for over a month. Great training atmosphere and top facility to learn the skills necessary for day to day fire fighting tasks.
