  Very very very slow process of applications!! Immigration “customer service” on the phone is not helpful at all. Impossible to speak to someone who can give you more information! Applied for Work visa (no residency), after two months waiting, I’m still in the queue my application being handed to a case officer! This is a joke! Cannot leave the country and re-enter New Zealand! I’ve never experienced something like that in my life!
