  no stars whatsoever, disgusted. The lady in the kiwibank queue in front of me was waiting - no kiwibank cashier there. another customer enters shop and is served BEFORE kiwibank lady by other cashier, mistake No1 right there. When I was finally served, I was refused change without a deposit and withdrawal transaction, mistake No 2. Complained to Head Office, they're as shocked as I am as none of this rudeness is actually POLICY. Why would it be? Thoroughly unimpressed, disappointed and disgusted with New Zealand Post, no surprise they're so unpopular. Complaint lodged by cellphone @10.45am 11/04/2018

  All-in-one NZ Post office with friendly staff and great service. They can't do photocopying, but you can get yours in the nearby library.
