  Absolutely horrendous customer service. I’m not sure how Mr Grant Constable is able to sleep at night with the amount of disputes on record and absolutely shocking reviews. Little to no contact when there is an issue with the vehicle purchased and he literally lies through his teeth to avoid “doing the right thing” at all costs. This kind of customer service is exactly the sort of behaviour that actually prompts me to get to the bottom of this so that I am getting a fair deal and also because despite how he feels about the others in the same boat..I’m also doing this for them because it’s the right thing to do.

  Took our company van for a service, after speaking with guy on phone when we booked it in and explaining that we wanted a dash warning light sorted out and turned off they said no problem, bring it in. Went to pick the van up and the light is still on, explanation was "its a jap import and we don't understand japanese". $200 for an oil and filter and the light is still on!
