::Already a loyal customer of the Tory St resto before new management took over, I had been going to this Manners store (& the one at Reading) ever since it opened. The staff were lovely esp Finn & Priya. My son & I are boba fans so whenever I'm in the area which is very often, I sometimes just go to Manners for the boba LOL. I'd always buy at least 4 different flavour bubble teas.

::I had a lovely japan green tea with pearls. The girl behind the counter with piercings was really nice. I was lucky to be the first ordering because it seems to get quite busy. Do not miss Noah's ark bubble tea. Really worth it. And I had bubble tea allover the world. This one was gooood!

::great bubble tea to be fair but very poor customer service! we were there 4.50pm and stood in the queue waiting to place our order. was told they are closing in 5min at 4.55pm and can no longer serve us! if that's the case you as well say you close at 4.55pm instead of 5pm so that we don't have to stand on the street and queue for nothing. very disappointed.
