  Got lied to by a sale staff when I asked them about the price promise. I was purchasing a memory card and told them I saw it cheaper by $20 at a nearby store. They lied saying it was only for the SD card, not micro SD card. Very unbelievable they will do that. I wouldn't buy anything from here again

  Prices are way too high. The 2 year old laptop still has the same price. The sale is just for a name sake. Not a good place to get great deals.

  Good and bad most of the time it great with finance now and goods but the product need more work better value on goods eg price and quality the quality hmmm have all the parts in box eg name labeling and printer cords just two egs having the batters in shore is rechargable batties charges and sizes Over all I still shop there it been years

  My Mum and I came in for a SIM card and a plan as we are visiting for a couple weeks. At first customer service was great, was told the $19 combo with 2degrees would be perfect for my Mum. The man printed off the voucher and told us everything was done all we had to do was put in the top up number. Two days later her credit was gone with hardly any calls. Went back and he told us that "were not told to tell you about texting this number for the extra minutes." And that "we only sell the voucher." You work for an electronic store, and you were selling us the $19 combo so obviously you're not just selling the voucher? We went to the lady who obviously went to him to get their story straight and they came back telling us it was a misunderstanding. (Obviously on your behalf.) Overall you didn't give us proper information from the beginning and how we're we suppose to know when you said everything was correct? We ended up going to the 2degrees store in the mall and they kindly listened to what happened and they gave us a free voucher, great customer service from them, something your workers should learn from.
