  Good range, useless staff! Very little attention to detail, staff do not help cueing customers. Waste of time.

  Appalling service from the Palmerston North store. My washing machine broke and was not economical to fix so I went straight in to purchase a new one from Noel Leeming. They told me the one that was on a great deal was not in stock but they could ship one for me from the Levin store in 2-3 working days. I paid my money and called up in 2 working days to find the washing machine was now coming from the supplier and wouldn't be there for another week. I would not have purchased the machine if I had known it would take this long to arrive as I was only told 3 working days maximum. Not the first time they have done this to me with appliances. They did the same when I purchased a fridge from them a year ago and it ended up taking over a month to arrive when they had said it would only be a week. They should not be selling appliances that don't arrive when they say they will. Not happy. You have just lost me and my family as customers.
